Add option to make `cmd+I` use `_` instead of `*`

Many people prefer the more distinct _ syntax for italicizing. (In fact if you go to Logseq’s Keyboard shortcuts, that’s what is shown)
But hitting cmd+I uses *.
Would like an option to change that to _
