Having an unique page id will solve the issue of long URLs in Publish and an unique, permanent link can be made of a Published Page, as even if the name of the page is changed the id will not, just like block ids.
For example: instead of https://logseq.github.io/#/page/Migrate%20to%20Logseq%20Beta we can have something on the lines of https://logseq.github.io/#/page/60fd27c5-2c9c-411d-bcbd-ffa139ba0cd1 which seems standardized way to handle note ids.
