Cannot change filename format?

When I look into config.edn and locate file/name-format, it says:

 ;;   This is a dangerous operation. To modify the setting,
 ;;   access the 'Filename format' setting and follow the instructions.

However, when I goto Settings > Advanced > Filename format, it says:

Well done! No further action required

So I wonder which is expected behavior:

  1. User cannot change filename format, i.e. comment on config.edn is wrong
  2. User can change filename format, i.e. Filename format setting is wrong

I am using v0.9.20
