I’d like it if when clicking a footnote link [^1] it would scroll to the footnote (its content), even if that footnote’s block is collapsed. The scrolled-to block should also automatically expand. Currently, clicking a footnote link to a footnote that is in a collapsed block will not cause anything to happen (no scroll, no expand), essentially acting as if the link is broken.
