Ctrl-V with a block reference in clipboard should create a [linked](reference)

If you have a URL https://logseq.com/ in your clipboard, select some text, and Ctrl-V, it will create a markdown link [some text](https://logseq.com/)

If you have a block reference ((623ac241-ec1a-4acb-933d-581b3889f371)) in your clipboard, select some text, and Ctrl-V, it currently just replaces the text like a normal copy-paste but I think it should create a linked reference [some text](((623ac241-ec1a-4acb-933d-581b3889f371)))
