Every time the software opened, it will set the preferred format as markdown mode instead of Org-mode
For example, if I close the software and reopen it to a repository, I will not be able to use Org-mode format. After manual setup of the preference again, it will set the format as org-mode. I think this is an issue with the preference order.
I am testing with a Windows environment 0.0.5.2 (alpha testing).
