Inconsistent Linked References: Why Are Some Journal Page Mentions Not Appearing?

I have a page that is frequently linked to in my journal pages, however, these mentions do not all show up under linked references of that page. They do show up under a query, made at that page, {{query (and <% current page%>)}}.

Should these links not show up under linked references ? Why are they not ? Is there a fix ?

Found it: there was a filter set for the linked references, that I didn’t remember, or see.
