When I open an individual block by clicking on the bullet, the block loses the properties defined in its parent page. So the CSS style for the tags in the .page-properties of its parent page become unavailable for each block when viewed individually. This view from clicking on the bullet should be just a zooming-in on the block (as opposed to embedding it into another block), so it should display the block in its original hierarchical context, in the same style condition as in the original page, for property inheritance.
