Press Enter on a folded block, add a sibling rather than child block

Hi, As you can see in title, when I press enter on a folded block, it will add a child block and expand the whole tree. when I want to add a sibling note, It will be enter → tab → fold last element.
Thanks for doing such a great work.

Are referring to this bug report: https://github.com/logseq/logseq/issues/1807? If so, this has been fixed and should be included in the next release.
