Please bring back the ability to show all bullets for empty blocks.
Tastes and ways of working are different, so it’s not surprising that some prefer to see the outline bullets for empty blocks as well.
As someone who uses the blank lines to visually separate the main blocks, it would be interesting to know what is annoying about the missing bullet points. Is it a purely visual issue?
Instead, what about adding some css name to bullets with an empty block so author themes can configure this instead of another option…?
