Square brackets mouse click

I think it would really save some energy in the long run to be able to instead of double-pressing alt+8 to make square brackets, be able to right click on the selected text and be able to from there select an option to double square bracket it.

This is a great plugin idea, perhaps if you post it there someone with the same problem will code it
