I am a physician, medical informatics specialist, SAFe Agilist, certified LeSS Practitioner, Holacracy Facilitator, and founder and owner of doctoroo GmbH. As a Senior Agile Coach and SCRUM Master, I accompany DAX companies and startups in an advisory capacity in agile organizational development. Over 20 years, I have trained in medicine, science, software engineering, and WHO disaster relief.

I always take into account my clients’ needs and goals by combining my extensive expertise on a case-by-case basis. As a consultant, I promote systemic organizational development and change in businesses by using the tools and techniques of SCRUM and agile working.
