I often use “copy block ref” to make notes linked, hope can add a keyboard shortcut (like CMD-Shift-C) to copy instead of right click bullet and select the menu “copy block ref”.
and also has a shortcut or bullet menu to “copy block as embed”.
It seems, without any text selected, when text cursor is in a block, mod+c copies current block-ref instead of text or block-content.
