I use Logseq multiple instances for different repos at the same time. I switch from one to another by top dropdown menu, but I can not decide which is which sometimes.
You probably mean “graph” in Logseq lingo, not repo 
(I’m pretty sure most non-devs don’t know what a “repo” is).
I can confirm this would be useful and welcomed for Linux/Plasma users since we can filter windows by typing their title in a overview effect and we can set custom rules for windows by matching their titles with regex.
This syntax would work fine for me:
Logseq — Graph Name
or just
Graph Name
