Add shortcut to follow page reference links based on cursor position

Please add a configurable shortcut that allows users to follow a page reference link with only the keyboard.

Suggestion: When the user’s cursor is within a page reference (or maybe any link?), and they hit CTRL+O (for ‘Open’), the application follows the page reference link.

I was also looking for this but this appears to be working now in 0.4.4.

However I didn’t see this documented in the Help and only found this on the Discord .
