Again: An option to exchange shift+enter and enter

In the past 't e' was given as a solution to exchange the role of Enter and Shift+Enter. The solution was posted here:

An option to exchange shift+enter and enter?

Type t e (in non-editing mode) to exchange shift+enter and enter for creating a new block.

Unfortunately when I press t e nothing happens and nothing is switched… ideas on how to do this?

Inside settings you can customize shortcuts. There you can customize “Create new block” and “New line in current block”
