if you change a page title, all the links which linked to the page will also automatically change the link title, it would be nice if the alias changing can do the same thing as well, so you don’t have to manually change the link one by one if you have about 100 references you want to link them to the new alias, or i can just add the new alias instead of changing the old one and let all the old references stay there? but i also want to keep my pages simple and accurate, so honestly I’m not sure, what do you think?
