API rate limit exceeded for user ID 1779837

since update 0.9.18, i no longer have access to plugins.

The github access overflow error for user ID 1779837 is systematic for several days. But it’s the user name for user ID 1779837 is : “Charlie”, company “@logseq”, blog “https://logseq.com”, location “HangZhou”. This is a limit for the entire Logseq account at Github. So I can’t change the access conditions for this user.

I don’t know if there is a correlation, but since I updated to 0.9.18 this problem has disappeared.
