Autoconvert Wikilink to Markdown Links?

Hello All,

Is it possible to automatically convert a [[Page Link]] into [Page Link](Page Link.md)

Logseq does support MD flavor links but I don’t seem to find a way to auto covert a Wiki Link into Markdown Flavor Link . Please help.
