AwesomeStyler and Bullet Threading conflict with each other

I love the tweaks I’ve made to my default theme using AwesomeStyler, but when I use it, I can’t override the color in the Bullet Threading plugin, to give it a custom value. If I disable the AwesomeStyler theme, the color override in Bullet Threading works fine.

Is there any hand coding I can do to solve the problem, or some config thing that might work?
