I think it would be great to have a stripped-down barebones Logseq viewer. Just to see notes, navigate if needed, but minimal UI, distraction-free!!
In this world of ADHD’s (which I’m part of lol), a simple way to view and consult notes with minimal resources. super-fast load time and distraction-free, it’d be golden to have that in Logseq’s ecosystem.
Along with a tiny “Quick-Entry” PC+phone widget, to capture those random ideas that keep bubbling. I’ll post this one as a separate feature, but those are three I view as an essential app ecosystem for a proper PKM:
- Full blown editor (the current)
- Quick Viewer - Fast, simple, no plugins or slow loading. With a “Edit” button to load the bigger one if needed.
- Quick Capture Widget - Little popup, minimal features, perfect for random ideas and avoid loading the big one and risk distraction hell.
Bonus: A URL argument could help choose between View | Edit, so it’d become easy to reference notes externally (in other apps) to quickly consult notes+blocks of relevant info, without distraction.
