Beginner Question: Automatic header

Hi,
there is an option “Automatic Header” in the context menu of a block. How does that work?

Unfortunatelly, one has to select Auto Header for each indented child block. It would be nice, if the indented child would inherit the Auto Header property and a new indented block would automatically set to the next lower heading. As it is right now, I don’t see much benefit from this Auto Header Option.

Something possible is to select multiple blocks and apply auto-header to all of them. Check also the plugins in thread Bulk Formatting: How to change the heading of multiple blocks at the same time?
