Block references should not have the formatting style of the original block

I made a FR when I realized block references inherit the header formatting :

Apparently it’s not just headers, but any formatting. As it’s quite disturbing to inherit any kind of formatting in your regular text it would be great if the original formatting is not inherited by the block references.

This is important. Header formatting should not be carried over. However, I might make exceptions for bold, italics, and block quote formatting. If the original is a block quote, I typically want to ensure that is reflected in the places it is referenced.
