Can Alt+Drag Bullet be made to copy the Block Embed instead of the Block Ref?

Is there any way to:

  1. either have the Alt+Drag do Copy Embed instead of Copy Block Ref OR
  2. make Ctrl+Drag do Copy Embed instead of Move Block?

This would make creating large documents from sidebar loaded blocks so much easier.
