will do that.
Unfortunately, not for me.

Under the right sidebar β Help β Keyboard Shortcuts β Block editing general, you should see the Move block up
and Move block down
commands, and probably some key combination to the right.
Try to check there what the current shortcut is and maybe set a new one.
