I am running Logseq in Linux and found that I have 2 directories in logseq/bak/pages where only case differs.
Like this:
logseq/bak/pages/mydoc
logseq/bak/pages/Mydoc
Is this ok? At least it would make any synchronization with a Windows system impossible.
