Cleared cache, lost my theme

Hey all:

I mistakenly cleared the cache like a noob. I reloaded everything and got all my notes back but lost my custom theme. Is there a way to get that back? it was amazing and none of the ones on the marketplace come close to it and I have no idea how I Frankensteined it to get it to how I liked it.

I found a good theme here, but it’s tinted light green and I can’t figure out how to make it all white instead. I tried to use AI to help but none of the code changes worked. Anyone have any suggesstions?
