You can already do this in normal Logseq blocks. Add additional lines in the same block using shift-enter. Those additional lines can be be hidden when you collapse the block, leaving only the first line showing.
- First line of normal Logseq block.
Second line of the same Logseq block.
Third line. When you collapse the block, only the first line will show.
