Ctrl-X with no text selected should cut the current block

If you Ctrl-C with no text selected, Logseq will copy a reference to the current block.
If you Ctrl-X with no text selected, Logseq will… delete the character after the cursor???

I think these two behaviours should align, so that Ctrl-X with no text selected will cut the current block ready to be pasted elsewhere. (Exactly as if you press Esc to select the block, and then press Ctrl-X)

This would also align with behaviour in other software such as VSCode in which pressing Ctrl-X with no text selected will cut the current line.
