Custom command symbols and command keywords for non-English users

/ and English command keywords are not friendly to non-English users, such as Chinese, I want to custom like this:

@明天 = /Tomorrow
@附件 = /Upload an asset
@页面 = /Page reference
@块 = /Block reference
……
