Thank you for this nice piece of FOSS!! I love it!
I see that different formats are available for the daily journal title (i.e. the date that is written on top). I have used a YYMMDD format everywhere since the year 2000 and I’ve gotten very used to it. So today’s date would be written 240616. The YYYYMMDD format with 20240616 is close but still feels somewhat redundant to me. Would it be possible to include that format and make sure it works for referencing?
I see in the code on github that date format come in a list with cases to handle them so I think adding a format should be possible. I also see that obsidian uses moment.js to format dates any way the user wants (within the limits of moment.js of course). This might also help here to give total freedom to the user and stop feature requests like this one
