In this scenerio, I tried to establish a graph to organize PEOPLE.

I created friends and authors.
Have also created some PROPERTIES for the people.
So far I created two types of people, friend and author.
Some how the property and tags are very difficult to comprehend. Within a tag page, you can “set page property” and can also “add property” below it. (see below picture) What are the differences?
Sometimes I set up a property for a page/tag, but then it became a tag.
I can’t figure how I should set up the system. I’m lost between tags, properties, set page properties, and add properties (below the page title). There are also tags on the right top position of the page…
below figure, you can see I have tags: #friends and also people-property: friend (which when you clicked it. it is a tag) What if I just want to create a property but without creating a tag?
To be honest, it is even difficult to completely describe my confusion.
My goal is rather simple.
Each person is a people. People have several properties and person-type is one of it. Person-type may have a list to choose from, including friend, family, author, colleague, etc.
