Decryption of Graph ends with lots of empty md files

Hi, after running a re-index Logseq started (again) to show me file conflicts (encrypted Vs. decrypted). That is the x-time I run into encryption issues, so I decided to disable the feature and to use the logseq-encrypt-ui tool to decrypt my entire graph. However, even the decryption process was successful, I ended up with a lot of empty md files and the original files are renamed to .bak still containing the encrypted blocks. Is there a way to decrypt the blocks or md files individuallly?
