Doing Flashcards while being able to do parallel work in Logseq?

I am doing some Flashcards lately and would like to be able to add Journal entries/etc while the Flashcards remain open or, at least, “frozen” in the background somehow. Currently it appears one can do Flashcards OR Journal Entries but not both.

This bothers me because I want to do, say 100 questions per day. I start the flashcards and do them as time permits, having them opened in the foreground. At points I would like to add an Entry in the Journal. I now have to subtract the Remaining Flashcards (the two numbers at the top right, ex: 1134/1170), then remember that number so when I close the Flashcards Feature and do my thing, upon returning to the Flashcards, I need to make sure I do another 100-numbers of cards already done…

As you can see, this is cumbersome. Besides the fact that there is no number that say “Cards done this session”, which would be more useful for large sets, you loose the counter when leaving the Flashcards Feature…

One solution could be opening two instances of Logseq, but for the same Graph I don’t think it’s possible…

I’ll have to eat my words and admit that it actually worked. If I toggle the left sidebar and clicph so k on my Graph’s name and choose “New Window” it will actually open a new Logseq instance of the same Graph so I can, in one instance, add journal entries as usual and in the other I can have the Flashcards Feature open so I can review my cards in the in-betweens.

I was actually looking into a way to Work on Flashcards while in the same Logseq instance but, if I trigger the Right Sidebar, for example, where I have my Quick Capture in the Contents card, it opens but it is blurred under the Flashcards i’m reviewing and I can’t bring it to the foreground without the Flashcard on screen being automatically closed. Like I have mentioned, a “freeze” of the current Flashcard Review Session would be great, so I can return to it after i would have made some modification in the Journal/etc …

But, for now, two instances works…
