When summarizing videos, it would be great to have a command to quickly insert a frame of the current video. This would be especially helpful as the original video links might get stale.
I suggest adding a command and a shortcut /Embed Video frame (similar to /Embed Youtube timestamp) that takes a screenshot.
It would be nice if there was an advanced version that allowed going back and forth in the video with the arrow keys to e.g. get the right slide transition.
