custom shortcuts seem to work on mobile.
even though they aren’t shown in the settings, you can show them. (shortcut: g s)
you can configure a shortcut as shown below.
since custom shortcuts are stored in the config.edn, this will sync to the current graph only.

Escape works aswell, but closes the app on some devices
