I can get subtitle file, how to make the srt file link to the YouTube video, and extract subtitle text to block.
What you can do is installing the Get YouTube Caption plugin that download and paste the transcript into a block.

The most scene is that the video has no subtille in default, I use another tool to convert video to subtitle(srt file).
What I want is a plugin to convert srt file to blocks with youtube timestamp and corresponding subtitle line.
