Graphs Nodes of tags (ie #text or [[text]]) in child block

For example, I have a page titled computers and we have the following contents

• [[Hardware]]
  • [[Processors]]
    • [[CPU]]
    • [[GPU]], [[TPU]]

I expected the graph to look similar to:

Instead, I got the following.

The built-in graph visualizer does not show this relationship as you pointer out. Your current alternate option is to use the plugin “Logseq Graph Analysis” which will give you a view that you suggested.
