I would love to add hierarchy information to my graph view that work on a different dimension than the tagging mechanism.
It can help to identify common ground between two clusters.
Here’s an example, red is social life, purple personal improvement and chores, green is my job and turquoise is a field personal interest. With the coloring it gets even easier to see that there is a common node between work and personal interest and indeed it would make perfect sense for me to push that topic a bit at work.
In addition I could collapse some nodes, because they are just noise for my current intent.
