An issue I have with flashcards relates to the use of tags. Let’s say I am trying to learn English and I have the word “apple” I’d want to tag it with various semantic domains to help me find it: #food, #fruit, #pie. However, those tags are a big giveaway if I’m trying to study the term as a flashcard. It would be good if the flashcard interface hid all tags (and/or page links).
