How can I add custom css theme or plugins from github to logseq?

I have none background in coding, and I have tried to find some videos tutorials on how to add custom css theme and plugins to logseq, but it’s not successful.

So I tried to download its zip file, extract it, and paste in the logseq folder right away and nothing happens.

Right now I’m trying to add logseq plugin link preview made by pengx17, but don’t know how to.

Can anyone help guide me through this, please?
