i create a single block and want to add some properties, it turn into another block, sometimes it works(or i paste some content with properties), how to add block properties regularly

Properties must be part of the same block you want to add them to. To that effect, type Shift-Enter instead of Enter before typing a new properties line.
In general, the default rule is: Enter will create a new block, and Shift-Enter will add a new line to the current block.
Also, to systematically add properties to new blocks, you may want to set up a template when you’re more familiar with the interface.

I use text snippets or expanders in order to achieve that (in my case, Espanso). For instance, I type /ij at the end of each interstitial journal block entry:
