How to clean up the md-graph based on the output in the JavaScript console during import?

After an import using “File to DB graph,” I received these messages:

Import detected 31 invalid block(s). These
blocks may be buggy when you interact with
them. See the javascript console for more.

Import ignored 15 assets. See the javascript
console for more details.

I looked at the messages in the console, but I’m having a very hard time cleaning up the source based on that output. Is there any documentation on this?
