How to link a block without rendering it or rendering with an alternative text?

Consider this approach:

1. Go to the source block.
2. Press a desired key combination.
   • Register the shortcut as in Right Sidebar & Keyboard Shortcuts
   • And as in File picker for linking local files, the handler should:
     • form [](((the-uuid-of-the-block)))
       • It could also fill the text part with something relevant.
     • place it in the clipboard
3. Paste it where you want.
4. Fill-in the text part if it’s not already filled in step 2.
