How to make a template including properties in Logseq DB?

I want to make a page template like that. But the template can not include the page property.
If I need to add the property under the node?

It is hard to add a new property on this way. Because there is no button “Add property”. I have to use /Add new property each time.

So could you please tell me how to generate a page template including properties?

I need a some clarification:

Do you want to have properties charaterizing a book to be added to the a new book when you create one? if so, this does not require a template, but just a tag: book
Next, do you want some nodes to be added to a book page; and some of those nodes to be property base? if so, this will be with a template, associated with a the tag: book

I can show an example upon clarification

Oh. Thanks. I find the answer on youtube.
It is a different way from old logseq.

I create a Tag named Book.
And I add the Book tag to a page. But it still has not propertiest.

Is there anything I should do more?

I find that.
I need to add in the Tag Properties

That change was introduced a few days ago. You must add those tags under Tag Properties
Those page properties will only be on the #book page, and not on each new book. But Tag properties will apply to all book.

I want to ask a new question.
Because there are some places different from old logseq.

When I input file into DB graph, I find most of query not work.

Because it can not search the [[ ]] in text property.

Although node property can do it.
You know, the type of property can not be modified.
So how I repair the query?
