All existing and any new images show up as this
Clicking on it does nothing. Center clicking to open in new tab shows the image.
These images all show up inline in the app, just not in the web version. Any ideas? I just started with logseq, spent the past couple days migrating data from Roam (the logseq roam importer leaves a lot to be desired). I could have sworn this worked when i first started but can’t say for sure.
Same happens to me. Images and PDF don’t show in the web app, and they do show correctly in the desktop app. And I need to use the web app …

There is no web app at the moment. The demo.logseq.com environment is what is says in the URL: a demo environment, not a web app for daily usage. It’s not meant to be a full-fledged demo of Logseq; for that you need to download the desktop app.
There is an effort underway to redesign the code base of Logseq to make it more suitable for web-only use. You can test an early version at test.logseq.com, but please keep in mind that it’s a test environment and also not suitable for day-to-day usage.
At the moment, only the desktop apps have the beta label and are stable enough for daily use. You can use the other environments, but please know the risks and make sure to make backups often (test.logseq.com has an hourly automated backup option).
Yeah I lost a bunch of data on demo.logseq.com. Don’t let it run for weeks on end. It will stop saving and you won’t even know it. Lost nearly a month of daily notes. Unfortunately the desktop app doesn’t work in windows 7 so I don’t have a choice.
