I switched from the markdown (OG) version of Logseq to the new DB version a few weeks ago. The automatic import seemed to finish OK, although I was not aware of any systematic check to see if all of my three thousand pages imported correctly. It is only now, after a few weeks of using the new Logseq that I learn that some pages were imported as empty, and some others were not imported at all. No clue why this happened for those particular pages. The names of the pages were simple, no troublesome symbols or whatsoever. Any tip on how I can check the integrity (or how to call it) of my new DB Logseq graph with respect to the still available (but missing the new entries from the past few weeks) OG graph?
I will also add that I can see the markdown files corresponding to the not imported pages or imported-as-empty pages perfectly complete in their original directory (as used by the original OG Logseq). And I did not do any Re-index in the OG Logseq app before the export/import. In fact, I did not do Re-inxed for many weeks. Could that be the culprit?
