Insert block-ref via drag-n-drop

When I drag-n-drop a block from one place to another, it moves that block to the destination place.

It would be superuseful if I could change this behaviour with a key-modifier (SHIFT or CONTROL, for example) to copy a block-ref rather than moving the block.

@Siferiax is there something similar to embed the block, not just reference it?
