Keyboard Shortcuts to change letter case - like in word or notepad++

need keyboard shortcuts to change the letter case of the selected text. (There is a plugin to change the letter case of the entire block but not for selected text)

for example:
in notepad++
Ctrl + U = Convert to lowercase
Ctrl + Shift + U = Convert to UPPERCASE
Alt + U = Convert to Proper Case
Ctrl + Alt + U = Sentence case

in word
Shift + F3 to cycle through cases
