I can give you some steps to troubleshoot, but can’t guarantee that it will fix it:
- Navigate to the graph folder, check if you have the
.gitfolder. This is a hidden folder, you will need to enable showing hidden files in your operating system. You can Google how to do this. - If the
.gitfolder exists, then you will need to check OS user permission. Are you running the Logseq application as the user that can access all the content under the graph folder? - If that is also okay, then it’s worth restarting the Logseq application.
- And make sure, you are running on the latest version of Logseq - there are some bug fixes around the Version Control feature.
I hope that this helps.
